根据工作需要，中国人民银行西宁中心支行按照“公开、平等、竞争、择优”的原则，组织开展年青海省人民银行系统业务操作岗位聘用制员工招聘工作，现将有关事项公告如下：

一、招聘单位及人数

本次招聘面向社会招聘业务操作岗位聘用制员工17名。

二、招聘条件

(一)具有中华人民共和国国籍；

(二)遵纪守法，品行良好，无不良记录；

(三)守库押运岗位招聘年龄在20周岁-32周岁之间(年5月16日-年5月16日出生)；其他岗位招聘年龄在18周岁-32周岁之间(年5月16日-年5月16日出生)；

(四)具有正常履行职责的身体条件(守库押运岗位要求无肢体残疾、无听力障碍，裸眼视力任何一眼不低于4.9(0.8)，无色盲色弱)；

(五)守库押运岗位适合男性，具备高中及以上学历，招聘对象为退役士兵、公安院校毕业生，专业不限，本地生源优先考虑；其他岗位具有大专及以上学历且专业对口，本地生源优先考虑；

(六)符合亲属回避原则；

(七)有下列情形之一的不得应聘：曾因犯罪受过刑事处罚的人员和曾被开除公职的人员；受到党纪、政纪处分期限未满或者正在接受纪律审查的人员；按照法律法规规定不得聘用的其他情形人员。

三、招聘程序

招聘程序主要包括网上报名、资格审查、笔试、体能测试、面试、体检、政审等环节。
